The brief
Premier Estates needed a property showcase that matched the calibre of their listings. Properties ranging from £1m to £12m deserve a site that feels exclusive, not like a standard Rightmove feed.
What I built
A boutique property platform with cinematic GSAP scroll animations, full-text search across property descriptions, interactive maps with Leaflet showing 25 real listings across 10 UK areas, and Filament-powered admin so agents can add and manage listings themselves.
The result
An 85% increase in enquiry submissions. The site ranks well for luxury property searches in target areas, and agents can now update listings without waiting on a developer.
